PAYMENT POLICY:
1. PAYMENT IN FULL is required to hold your reservation. If payment is not received within 2 (TWO) weeks of your application submission, your application will be rejected.
2. If you cancel your reservation 2 weeks prior to the program or earlier, you will receive a full refund.
3. If you cancel your reservation less than 2 weeks before the program, there is a $25 cancellation fee.
Paying promptly through the application process ensures you have a seat in the upcoming class you selected.

The half-day session starts promptly at 9 a.m. and runs until approximately 1:30 p.m. and teaches Observer responsibilities and duties, Billfish identification, and IGFA angling rules. In addition to program attendance you will receive:
Annual IGFTO Membership through the end of the calendar year;
Observer Dress and Work Shirts (one each);
Observer Log Book, Buff, and Lapel Pin;
Course Notebook; and
Web Access to Billfish identification, IGFA Rules Downloads.
